Job Responsibilities:

Create and design compelling original web page layout (GUI) and online content based on an idea using different interface graphics tools for dynamic interactive/static websites, icons, color schemes and infrastructure for company’s existing and research new software and techniques to enhance consumer web experience.
To implement sites, pages, campaigns and applications that meet company goals and objectives.
Responsible for creative elements such as typography, color scheme, photography, and general graphic assets. |

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline and 3 years experience with graphics manipulation software such as Adobe Photoshop and multiple file formats for web applications (text, graphic, audio, video, animation, etc) ;
The ability to demonstrate a portfolio of design that includes 3 URLs of live websites.
Must possess a high degree of creativity as well as technical production skills .
Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter, can handle tight deadlines and simultaneous multiple projects while managing to the day-to-day deadlines.
Must be a team player, with strong interpersonal skills, adept at translating spoken and written concepts into a desired visual result.
Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely and persuasively.
Bilingual (Arabic, English).

Excellent overall digital design skills and ability to appropriately select the right tools to address specific design problems.
Excellent skills of design tools including design software such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint

Knowledge of Cool Edit and/or Sound Forge etc. with a deep know how of media production methods and techniques.
Experience in non-linear video editing, video and audio compression, video and audio codecs
Experience in troubleshooting principles, methodologies and techniques.
Knowledge of audio specifications for Macromedia Flash implementation and development. |

At least 4 years work experience in Flash developing with professional programming skills.
Extensive knowledge in Actionscripting in Flash. Knowledge of Actionscript ver 2.0 preferred.
Additional programming knowledge such as OOP, XML, would be of an advantage

To design effective presentation templates for different mediums to promote a common look and feel while incorporating multimedia elements such as audio/video, animation, graphics and 3-D objects.
Brainstorm and conceptualize new projects; take projects from inception to completion.
Interpret design direction from creative director/client and implement on a project level.
Create style-guides and design specs for specific projects.
Provide creative innovation for the projects you work on, and for the team as a whole. |

Job Requirements:

B.A. in motion graphics, interactive design, multimedia, graphic design or Bsc in Computer science.
Two + years in professional design experience with a focus on branding, user interface design, and developing interactive media.
Should be familiar with a variety of story telling tools, such as graphics, sound, video and animation.
Ability to translate client business requirements, user needs and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting; easy to use that addresses the clients’ needs.
Have excellent conceptual skills, as well as effective interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management, project managers, and developers.
Professional drive and the ability to self-manage tight-timelines and potentially stressful deadlines.
