Key Skills:

Solid understanding of routed and switched network environments Extensive experience with network management standards (SNMP, RMON, RMON2) Performance analysis and documentation with daily, weekly and monthly reporting Strong understanding of security issues and hacking techniques Provide 24x7 network support when needed .

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate must have 2 to 4 years hands-on experience in LAN/WAN networking, with an advanced knowledge of NT, 2000 Advanced Server.
He/she must have in depth experience TCP/IP Routers, e-mail, Firewalls, IPSec, VPN, and public-key infrastructure.

Ref CCSSE-0604 Call Center Senior System Engineer:

Education:

Technical architecture and implementation of projects in support of
the client's call center.

Call center technology skills: CTI, IVR, ACD, workforce management, call routing, call recording, and
quality control are critical to success in this position. Responsibilities will also include
architecture, analysis, specification development, and testing in support of call center projects.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years in design, deployment and support of voice and
data networks.
Experience architecting high-availability, mission critical systems

Knowledge of call center technologies including IVR /VRU, CTI, ACD, Call Routing, Workforce
Management.

Experience in developing functional and technical specifications

Experience in IVR design, writing test plans/cases for call center projects, testing call center
applications and hardware, Genesys CTI implementation

Extensive knowledge of ISDN-BRI and PRI networks, frame relay, standard E-1, Voice Compression, SDN,
VOIP, SIP, TCIP and IP networking concepts including ATM, and CTI. Certification in Interactive
Intelligence required.

Knowledge of CRM products

MCSE or equivalent work experience with design and administration of Microsoft networks including
Routers, Switches and Hubs is a must.

Cisco CCDP, CCNP preferred.

Understanding of end-to-end data flows and traffic patterns.

Familiar with remote access technologies (i.e. VPN) and video conferencing technology.

Experience in Session Initiation Protocol solutions with one or more common WAN routing protocols
(RIP, OSPF, EGIRP, BGP).

Carrier Technology: B-ISDN, DSL, Ethernet, FDDI, Frame Relay, ISDN, and SONET.

Network Protocols: HSRP, HML, SIP, IPX, LAPB, Link Control, Link State Routing, RIP, SMTP, SNMP,
TCP/IP, TELNET.

Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.

Excellent English writing skills in the support of client RFx*s presentations and communications.

Must be extremely responsive in the support of client technical issues and problems.
